Cosa ti proponiamo:

All’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL per la Business Line Eng Platforms, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Project Manager. La risorsa guiderà la governance di un importante programma di trasformazione digitale per progetto in ambito Energy & Utilities. Sarà il punto di riferimento verso il cliente e coordinerà team multidisciplinari funzionali e tecnici. Garantirà il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e obiettivi di business.

Attività e responsabilità

· Governance complessiva del programma: pianificazione, monitoraggio dell'avanzamento, controllo di costi, tempi e qualità

· Definizione e gestione del modello di governance: Steering Committee, SAL periodici, reporting al management del cliente e interno

· Gestione della relazione con il cliente e con gli stakeholder di business, IT e di direzione

· Coordinamento dei team funzionali, tecnici e di sviluppo, anche distribuiti e con fornitori terzi

· Gestione di scope, change request, rischi, issue e dipendenze tra i diversi stream progettuali

· Supervisione delle scelte di soluzione sulla piattaforma 3DEXPERIENCE, in linea con l'architettura e con gli obiettivi del programma

· Pianificazione e governo dei rilasci, delle fasi di test, degli UAT e degli avvii in esercizio

· Gestione economica del progetto: budget, forecast, marginalità, consuntivazione e fatturazione

· Presidio dei processi di change management e di adozione della piattaforma da parte degli utenti

· Identificazione di opportunità evolutive e supporto alle attività di pre-sales e account development

· Contributo alla definizione di metodologie, standard e best practice di delivery della practice PLM

Qualifiche e competenze richieste

· Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica o discipline tecnico-scientifiche equivalenti

· Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti o programmi complessi

· Esperienza consolidata in progetti di Digital Transformation in ambito Engineering o Asset Management

· Conoscenza della piattaforma Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (ENOVIA)

· Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di clienti enterprise e nella relazione con il management a più livelli

· Solida conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management (tradizionali, Agile e ibride)

· Esperienza nella gestione di team multidisciplinari e di fornitori terzi

· Capacità di gestione economico-finanziaria del progetto (budget, SAL, marginalità)

· Ottime capacità di leadership, negoziazione, comunicazione e problem solving

· Capacità di gestire contesti complessi, con molti stakeholder e forte pressione sulle scadenze

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata

Costituiscono un plus

· Certificazioni PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe o equivalenti

· Esperienza nel settore Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities o Infrastructure

· Conoscenza dei contesti BIM, CDE, Digital Twin e Asset Lifecycle Management

· Esperienza in programmi con integrazioni verso sistemi enterprise (SAP, Maximo, GIS, sistemi documentali)

· Certificazioni Dassault Systèmes
