The posting

In Engineering Group siamo alla ricerca di una figura di 3DEXPERIENCE Functional Analyst da inserire all’interno del nostro team. La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella raccolta e nell’analisi dei requisiti di business, nella definizione dei processi e nella configurazione delle soluzioni basate sulla piattaforma Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE. Collaborerà a stretto contatto con clienti, team tecnici e stakeholder di progetto per supportare iniziative di trasformazione digitale, garantendo l’allineamento tra esigenze di business e soluzioni applicative.

Attività e responsabilità

· Raccolta, analisi e formalizzazione dei requisiti funzionali del cliente

· Analisi e modellazione dei processi di business in ambito Product Lifecycle Management

· Configurazione funzionale dei moduli Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE ed ENOVIA

· Definizione di use case, business workflow e scenari operativi

· Redazione della documentazione funzionale e dei documenti di analisi

· Supporto alla definizione del modello dati e delle regole di business

· Interfaccia tra stakeholder di business e team di sviluppo

· Supporto alle attività di test funzionale, User Acceptance Test (UAT) e validazione delle soluzioni

· Gestione delle richieste evolutive e analisi degli impatti funzionali

· Supporto agli utenti finali durante le fasi di avvio e adozione della piattaforma

· Conduzione di workshop, sessioni di raccolta requisiti e attività di formazione

· Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi e delle metodologie

Qualifiche e Competenze richieste

· Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, discipline tecnico-scientifiche o equivalenti

· Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in progetti di Digital Transformation

· Esperienza nell'analisi funzionale di soluzioni basate sulla piattaforma Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE

· Conoscenza dei processi Engineering, Document Management, Change Management

· Capacità di raccolta requisiti e traduzione delle esigenze di business in specifiche funzionali

· Esperienza nella configurazione funzionale di workflow, lifecycle e processi collaborativi

· Conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi funzionale e gestione dei requisiti

· Esperienza nella redazione di documentazione progettuale e funzionale

· Capacità di gestione degli stakeholder e facilitazione di workshop e meeting

· Spiccate capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

Costituiscono un plus

· Conoscenza dei moduli ENOVIA

· Esperienza in contesti BIM, CDE e Digital Twin

· Conoscenza dei processi di Asset Lifecycle Management

· Esperienza nel settore Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities o Infrastructure

· Competenze di base su MQL, JPO e architettura tecnica 3DEXPERIENCE

· Esperienza in attività di Data Migration e Data Quality

· Certificazioni Dassault Systèmes o certificazioni in ambito Business Analysis
