All’interno della divisione Eng Digital, siamo alla ricerca di un Client Portfolio Manager da inserire all’interno del mercato Enterprise.

Il ruolo rappresenta il punto di riferimento della delivery su un portafoglio di clienti strategici, con responsabilità di governance end-to-end, coordinamento operativo e sviluppo del business sul cliente. Lavora in stretta partnership con l’Account Manager, garantendo qualità, marginalità e crescita organica del portafoglio, coordinando Project Manager, Service Manager e team di delivery dedicati al cliente.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

Delivery & Governance

  • Garantire la delivery on-time, in-quality e on-budget dei progetti e servizi sul portafoglio assegnato
  • Coordinare Project Manager e Service Manager coinvolti, assicurando coerenza metodologica, gestione integrata dei RAIDS (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) ed escalation tempestive

Risultato economico

  • Concorrere all’achievement del budget sul portafoglio assegnato (revenue, margine, fatturazione)
  • Presidiare forecast, fatturazione e marginalità progettuale

Stakeholder management

  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni di fiducia con gli stakeholder del cliente
  • Rappresentare Engineering nei comitati di governance del cliente
  • Gestire criticità ed escalation con visione strategica e capacità di mediazione

Sviluppo del business

  • In partnership con l’Account Manager, contribuire alla crescita del portafoglio attraverso attività di upsell e cross-sell, supporto a gare di rilievo e sviluppo di iniziative di trasformazione
  • Promuovere asset, soluzioni e competenze del Gruppo presso il cliente

Qualifiche e Competenze Richieste

  • Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ruoli di delivery management, program/project management presso system integrator, società di consulenza IT o aziende di servizi tecnologici
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti o portafogli superiori a 5M€, con responsabilità su KPI economici e di delivery
  • Track record nella gestione end-to-end di programmi complessi di trasformazione digitale
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento funzionale di team multidisciplinari e nella gestione di stakeholder C-level
  • Solida conoscenza delle metodologie di delivery: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, DevOps
  • Familiarità con framework di service management e project management (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP)
  • Competenze di P&L management, forecasting e controllo economico di progetto
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese fluente (B2/C1)

Competenze preferenziali

  • Esperienza nel mercato Enterprise
  • Esperienza nella gestione di programmi complessi in contesti multi-progetto e multi-stakeholder
  • Certificazioni in ambito Project, Program o Portfolio Management
