All'interno del gruppo Engineering, nell'area dedicata al prodotto MarketSuite, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Head of Delivery.

La risorsa assumerà la piena responsabilità operativa ed economica della macchina di erogazione verso il mercato: 36 FTE distribuiti su quattro funzioni — Application Management Services, Delivery Management, Sviluppo/Delivery Tecnica e PreSales .Riporterà direttamente al BU Director e guiderà i quattro responsabili di funzione, garantendo la delivery delle soluzioni MarketSuite (e-commerce, order management, logistica, soluzioni in-store) ai clienti enterprise del settore.

Il ruolo combina responsabilità di delivery, gestione cliente, P&L di servizio e leadership di un team di responsabili di funzione, in un contesto product-driven dove Product Development e R&D presidiano rispettivamente la roadmap standard e l'innovazione.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Guidare direttamente quattro responsabili di funzione — AMS, Delivery Management, Sviluppo/Delivery Tecnica, PreSales — allineandone priorità, capacità e standard
  • Essere il punto di riferimento esecutivo per i clienti retail e GDO su tematiche di servizio, escalation e pianificazione
  • Monitorare in modo sistematico i KPI di servizio (SLA, qualità, costo a commessa) e guidare le azioni correttive e di industrializzazione conseguenti
  • Gestire le situazioni di crisi di delivery (incidenti, dispute contrattuali, escalation critiche) con una logica negoziale strutturata e orientata alla relazione di lungo periodo
  • Garantire che gli impegni assunti con i clienti in fase di vendita (tramite PreSales) siano coerenti con la roadmap reale di prodotto
  • Collaborare con il Product Management nella prioritizzazione delle evolutive a maggiore impatto sui clienti enterprise esistenti

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di governo della delivery (Head of Delivery, Service Director, Program Director) in software house di prodotto o consulenza IT di fascia alta, con preferenza per chi ha già operato nel retail/GDO o in settori con dinamiche enterprise comparabili
  • Esperienza diretta nella gestione di crisi di servizio ad alto impatto (incidenti di produzione, dispute contrattuali, escalation di clienti enterprise) portate a soluzione preservando la relazione commerciale
  • Capacità consolidata di costruire e guidare team di responsabili di funzione, non solo team operativi — è un ruolo di leadership di leader
  • Familiarità con modelli e metodologie di servizio (ITIL, Agile, DevOps) applicati a contesti multi-cliente e multi-country
  • Inglese fluente
