All’interno della Direzione Internal Audit di Gruppo siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Internal Audit Manager, con la responsabilità operativa dello svolgimento degli interventi di audit.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • accertamenti, analisi, valutazioni nonché raccomandazioni in merito al disegno e al funzionamento del sistema di controllo interno e di gestione dei rischi dei processi analizzati, al fine di promuoverne l’efficienza e l’efficacia e supportare l’internal auditor senior manager nella gestione di tutte le attività;
  • presidio delle attività relative allo svolgimento di interventi, pianificati e non, di audit integrato anche ai fini della vigilanza 231 e anticorruzione, e al monitoraggio dell’implementazione delle azioni correttive identificate dalla linea in relazione alle raccomandazioni emesse
  • supporto all’area metodologie, pianificazione e reporting per le attività di competenza

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • esperienza di almeno 4 anni in attività di audit interno
  • laurea magistrale (o vecchio ordinamento) in ambito economico, tecnico o giuridico
  • spiccato senso etico
  • adeguata conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta
  • conoscenza degli standard professionali di audit interno
  • conoscenza dei principi contabili e delle best practices contabili
  • conoscenza del D.Lgs 231/01 e delle metodologie di conduzione degli interventi di vigilanza
  • conoscenza delle principali normative e “best practice” internazionali per la prevenzione della corruzione e delle relative metodologie per la definizione e svolgimento dei controlli
  • spiccate capacità organizzative e di project management
  • capacità di elaborazione e analisi di dati
  • capacità di pensiero critico e problem solving, atteggiamento positivo e propositivo
  • capacità di sintesi nella predisposizione dei deliverables di audit
  • ottima conoscenza di MS Office
  • disponibilità a trasferte anche all’estero

Titoli preferenziali:

  • certificazione CIA o altre certificazioni
  • conoscenza altra lingua oltre l’inglese
