All'interno della divisione Eng Digital, nella Business Line Eng Modernize, stiamo cercando Full Stack Developer che vogliano portare i progetti di delivery a un livello diverso, integrando in modo strutturato gli agenti AI nel ciclo di sviluppo.

Chi stiamo cercando

Developer neolaureati, con padronanza del proprio stack tecnologico (Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python o simili) e utilizzo negli ultimi mesi di assistenti e agenti AI — Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — per scrivere codice, fare review, generare test, esplorare codebase.

Non cerchiamo né developer "tradizionali" che ignorino l'AI, né prompt engineer che non hanno mai messo in produzione un'applicazione. Cerchiamo chi fa la differenza nei progetti reali: una persona orientata a fare delivery — scadenze, clienti, codice che deve funzionare — e che ha capito come gli agenti AI possono renderla più veloce, più solida, più sostenibile.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità

  • Progettare e sviluppare applicazioni full stack su progetti di delivery per i nostri clienti.
  • Integrare gli agenti AI nelle diverse fasi del ciclo di sviluppo: generazione di codice, refactoring, scrittura di test, code review, debugging, documentazione, analisi di codebase esistenti.
  • Definire e adottare buone pratiche di lavoro con gli agenti AI all'interno del team: come dare contesto, come strutturare i prompt, quando fidarsi dell'output e quando intervenire.
  • Fare code review critico del codice generato dagli agenti.
  • Collaborare con architetti, tech lead e PM per tradurre requisiti di business in soluzioni tecniche solide.
  • Contribuire alla crescita della community interna sul tema AI-augmented development, condividendo workflow, pattern e lezioni imparate.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste

  • Recente laurea in discipline informatiche
  • Buona padronanza di almeno uno stack full stack (es. Java + Angular/React, .NET + React, Node.js + Vue, Python + framework moderni).
  • Esperienza con REST API, database relazionali e non, Git, pipeline CI/CD.
  • Uso reale degli agenti AI in progetti universitari e/o personali: hai integrato l'AI in modo strutturale nel tuo workflow ed hai adottato Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor o strumenti analoghi sull’intero ciclo di vita del software. Conosci il valore che possono dare ed i rischi che possono introdurre.
  • Spirito critico sull'output dell'AI: non accetti il primo risultato. Guidi e pianifichi il lavoro degli agenti per garantire che architetture e codice siano in linea con le aspettative.
  • Mentalità da delivery: sai cosa significa rispettare una deadline, lavorare in team, comunicare con il cliente, mettere software in produzione e mantenerlo.
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.

Nice to have

  • Esperienza con prompt engineering strutturato o con la creazione di workflow custom (catene di prompt, automazioni multi-step, integrazioni MCP).
  • Familiarità con il terminale e con l'uso di agenti da CLI.
  • Contributi a community, blog, talk o progetti open source legati ad AI-assisted development.
  • Capacità di spiegare a una persona non tecnica cosa fa un agente AI — e cosa non fa.
