All’interno del mercato Pubblica Amministrazione, nell’ambito della competenza di dominio Software e Servizi per la Pubblica Amministrazione, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Presales Specialist da inserire in Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A., con sede a Roma.

La risorsa supporterà le attività di prevendita rivolte alla Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale e Locale, collaborando con le funzioni commerciali, di delivery e di bid management. Sarà coinvolta nella presentazione delle soluzioni digitali a portafoglio, nella definizione delle proposte tecnico-funzionali, nella gestione delle demo applicative e nel supporto alle gare pubbliche e alle iniziative commerciali.

Il ruolo richiede capacità di coordinamento trasversale, interazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni e presidio delle attività di ingaggio e supporto alla prevendita secondo gli standard e le procedure del settore pubblico.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Presentare soluzioni e servizi digitali attraverso demo applicative, workshop e incontri con Enti pubblici e Clienti.
  • Analizzare esigenze, requisiti e obiettivi di trasformazione digitale del Cliente traducendoli in proposte di valore.
  • Collaborare con le strutture di Solution, Delivery e Bid Management nella definizione delle soluzioni e della documentazione tecnica.
  • Supportare la preparazione delle risposte a gare d’appalto, accordi quadro, convenzioni e procedure di procurement pubblico.
  • Gestire e configurare gli ambienti demo, garantendone aggiornamento e corretto utilizzo.
  • Coordinare le attività di prevendita coinvolgendo le diverse funzioni aziendali interessate.
  • Supportare la fase di avvio dei progetti e il trasferimento delle informazioni verso i team di delivery.
  • Partecipare a eventi, workshop e iniziative di promozione dell’offerta dedicata alla Pubblica Amministrazione.
  • Predisporre report, documentazione e monitoraggi relativi alle attività svolte e alla pipeline commerciale.
  • Raccogliere e condividere insight, requisiti e feedback provenienti dai Clienti e dalle attività di gara.

  • Digitalizzazione dei processi e dei servizi della Pubblica Amministrazione.
  • Gestione documentale, protocollo informatico e workflow amministrativi.
  • E-procurement e processi di acquisto pubblici.
  • CRM pubblico, portali istituzionali e citizen experience.
  • Dati, interoperabilità, integrazione applicativa e reporting.
  • Cloud, cybersecurity, intelligenza artificiale e automazione dei processi.
  • Sistemi informativi per enti pubblici centrali e locali.
  • Processi amministrativi, contabili, HR e procurement.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste

  • Esperienza nella conduzione di demo e presentazioni di soluzioni software.
  • Conoscenza della Pubblica Amministrazione e delle principali iniziative di trasformazione digitale del settore.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di procurement pubblico e delle gare d’appalto.
  • Capacità di raccogliere requisiti e definire soluzioni tecnico-funzionali.
  • Buone capacità di comunicazione, public speaking e gestione degli stakeholder.
  • Esperienza nella produzione di documentazione tecnica e di supporto alle offerte.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale

  • Esperienza in soluzioni software e servizi digitali per la Pubblica Amministrazione.
  • Conoscenza di piattaforme di e-procurement, gestione documentale, CRM e citizen experience.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale generativa.
  • Conoscenza di interoperabilità, cloud, cybersecurity e automazione dei processi.
  • Esperienza nella lettura e interpretazione di capitolati e documentazione di gara.
