All’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL nella business line Eng Platforms siamo alla ricerca di un SAP Project Manager per assumere un ruolo strategico nel guidare e coordinare progetti complessi end-to-end sulle soluzioni SAP.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

Avrai una responsabilità strategica nel connettere le competenze specialistiche presenti, definire e governare il disegno complessivo della piattaforma, e guidare l’innovazione tecnologica in modo coerente con gli obiettivi di business, interfacciandoti con il vendor per allineamento sulle nuove tendenze di mercato.

In particolare ti occuperai di:

Progetti e Delivery

  • Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare progetti SAP complessi, in particolare iniziative di migrazione a S/4HANA.
  • Assicurare che le soluzioni siano allineate agli standard, alle best practice SAP e alle esigenze del cliente.
  • Collaborare con i team funzionali e tecnici, garantendo coerenza, qualità ed efficacia nelle implementazioni.
  • Presidiare verso il Vendor e agire da interfaccia privilegiata con SAP e altri partner tecnologici, per negoziare condizioni, ottenere riconoscimenti, fee e visibilità.

Supporto ai Bid e alla Prevendita

  • Affiancare i team commerciali nella definizione delle offerte, traducendo i bisogni del cliente in proposte tecniche.
  • Assumere un ruolo di guida strategica, coordinando i team coinvolti, definendo le linee architetturali della proposta e garantendo la qualità del deliverable finale.
  • Coniugare scelte tecnologiche con obiettivi economici e strategici.

Leadership e Governance

  • Coordinare team multidisciplinari, assicurando efficacia e qualità dei deliverable;
  • Garantire la governance dei progetti, la sostenibilità e la scalabilità delle soluzioni SAP implementate.
  • Valutare nuove tecnologie e trend di mercato (es. BTP, AI, automazione, advanced analytics) per tradurli in opportunità per l’organizzazione.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza come Project Manager su progettualità SAP;
  • Solida conoscenza delle soluzioni SAP, sia funzionali che tecniche.
  • Esperienza significativa in progetti di migrazione a SAP S/4HANA.
  • Esperienza diretta con clienti e vendor su progetti complessi.
  • E’ considerata un plus la padronanza di piattaforme correlate (SAP BTP, integrazione, analytics, sicurezza).
  • Buon orientamento al business, con ottime capacità di coniugare scelte tecnologiche con obiettivi economici e strategici.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e gestione di relazioni complesse a tutti i livelli.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
