Senior Project Manager / Solution Architect – Insurance

La risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto progettuale non tradizionale, in cui stiamo disegnando un’architettura moderna, scalabile e cloud‑native, pensata per evolvere rapidamente e supportare nuovi modelli di business nel mondo assicurativo danni (rami elementari, auto e persona).

Entrerai in un ambiente dinamico, ad alto contenuto tecnologico e in continua evoluzione, dove l’innovazione è un vero e proprio modo di pensare. Il tuo contributo sarà centrale nel guidare la delivery dei progetti, definire le scelte architetturali e far crescere i team coinvolti.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Guidare la delivery progettuale, coordinando team tecnici e garantendo qualità, tempi e obiettivi;
  • Ricoprire il ruolo di capo progetto, con responsabilità di pianificazione, avanzamento e governo delle iniziative;
  • Definire e validare le scelte architetturali di soluzioni cloud‑native e scalabili;
  • Agire come punto di connessione tra business e tecnologia, traducendo i bisogni funzionali in soluzioni strutturali efficaci;
  • Promuovere e applicare pattern architetturali moderni (microservizi, event‑driven, asincroni);
  • Supportare la crescita dei team, favorendo motivazione, collaborazione e sviluppo delle competenze;
  • Contribuire attivamente all’evoluzione dell’ecosistema applicativo e dei modelli di lavoro.

Stack tecnologico:

  • Architettura a microservizi in Java (Quarkus)
  • Orchestrazione tramite Kubernetes
  • Pattern event‑driven e asincroni
  • Streaming e messaggistica con Kafka
  • Database per microservizi: MongoDB e SQL quando necessario
  • Approccio cloud‑native, resiliente e altamente scalabile

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

  • Solida esperienza nel settore assicurativo danni;
  • Forte competenza su architetture distribuite e cloud‑native;
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento di progetti complessi e team strutturati;
  • Capacità di muoversi con efficacia tra dimensione tecnologica e di business;
  • Visione innovativa e attitudine a prendere decisioni strutturali;
  • Familiarità con contesti Agile e organizzazioni complesse.

  • Leadership e capacità di costruire team ad alte performance;
  • Attitudine da motivatore, capace di creare energia e coinvolgimento;
  • Mentalità curiosa, proattiva e intraprendente;
