All’interno della divisione ENG DIGITAL, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Salesforce Consultant - Agentforce.

Entrerai a far parte del team di Atlantic Technologies, società del gruppo Engineering, leader internazionale nella consulenza Salesforce e nell'offerta di soluzioni all'avanguardia in ambito ERP e Business Intelligence.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Coordinare più di uno stream progettuale, garantendo qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche;
  • Progettare e disegnare soluzioni Salesforce multi-cloud;
  • Guidare la raccolta dei requisiti di business e il disegno dei processi;
  • Identificare contesti di Business nei quali sussistono i presupposti per l’implementazione di soluzioni AI-oriented, con particolare focus sul prodotto Agentforce;
  • Valutare e argomentare i vantaggi e gli svantaggi delle soluzioni AI basate su Agentforce;
  • Curare la redazione della documentazione tecnico-funzionale;
  • Partecipare attivamente alle fasi di design, sviluppo e test per l’implementazione dei processi sui moduli Salesforce;
  • Partecipare ad attività di rollout presso le sedi internazionali dei clienti;
  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con le unità Business e IT del cliente;
  • Contribuire alla redazione di proposte progettuali per potenziali nuovi clienti.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’ecosistema Salesforce;
  • Capacità di guidare sessioni di analisi, raccolta requisiti e identificazione delle migliori soluzioni per il cliente;
  • Capacità di redazione della documentazione di progetto;
  • Competenze di sviluppo e configurazione in ambiente Salesforce sui moduli Salesforce Sales Cloud o Service Cloud;
  • Capacità di identificare contesti di Business adeguati all’implementazione di soluzioni AI-oriented, con particolare focus sul prodotto Agentforce;
  • Capacità di valutare ed argomentare i vantaggi e gli svantaggi delle soluzioni AI basate su Agentforce;
  • Almeno 1 certificazione Salesforce tra Sales Cloud Consultant e Service Cloud Consultant;
  • Certificazioni sulla tecnologia Agentforce rappresentano un vantaggio;
  • Esperienza in contesti B2B, preferibilmente nel settore manifatturiero, con conoscenza approfondita dei processi di Vendita e/o Customer Service;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2).
