Cosa ti proponiamo

All'interno della Business Line Retail Platform siamo alla ricerca di un/una Tech Lead Java che guidi tecnicamente e coordini un piccolo team di 4-5 sviluppatori dedicato ai nostri prodotti proprietari in ambito retail (self scanning e integrazioni backend). Sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico del team, bilanciando attività di sviluppo hands-on con responsabilità di coordinamento e mentoring, lavorando su soluzioni reali e con impatto diretto sul prodotto.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

  • Leadership tecnica: guiderai le scelte architetturali e tecnologiche del team, garantendo coerenza e qualità del codice sulle piattaforme proprietarie.
  • Coordinamento del team: pianificherai e distribuirai le attività tra i membri del team (4-5 persone), supportando la crescita tecnica di ciascuno attraverso mentoring e code review.
  • Sviluppo backend: continuerai a essere operativo nello sviluppo di funzionalità su sistemi Java, mantenendo un contributo tecnico diretto al prodotto.
  • Manutenzione ed evolutive: supervisionerai le attività di bug fixing e sviluppo incrementale su applicazioni esistenti in produzione, definendo priorità e standard qualitativi.
  • Analisi tecnica e troubleshooting: guiderai il team nell'identificazione e risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche più complesse, prendendo decisioni sulle soluzioni da adottare.
  • Collaborazione cross-team: sarai il referente tecnico nei confronti dei team di frontend, operations e management, partecipando alla pianificazione progettuale e di delivery.
  • Reporting: monitorerai l'avanzamento delle attività del team e riporterai stato e criticità agli stakeholder.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, preferibilmente su sistemi backend, con pregressa esperienza di coordinamento tecnico di piccoli team (anche informale, es. come referente tecnico o senior developer)
  • Solida conoscenza di Java, preferibilmente con Spring / Spring Boot
  • Conoscenza di database SQL e familiarità con ambienti Linux
  • Buona padronanza di sistemi di versionamento (es. Git) e best practice di code review
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Automunito, necessario per raggiungere la sede e le attività operative
