Bei INERATEC entwickeln und bauen wir innovative Power-to-X-Anlagen zur Herstellung von e-Fuels, e-SAF, e-Wachsen und weiteren nachhaltigen Produkten.

Als Teil unseres Engineering-Teams spielst Du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Automatisierung unserer Anlagen und bringst unsere Technologie zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar in die industrielle Anwendung. Du arbeitest mit Siemens PCS 7, entwickelst und standardisierst Automatisierungslösungen und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zum Wachstum eines zukunftsorientierten Cleantech-Unternehmens.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Prozesssteuerungen
  • Auslegung von Steuerungshardware
  • Programmierung von SPS, PCS 7 und Visualisierungssystemen
  • Dokumentation, Protokollführung und Listenverwaltung der Automatisierungsprojekte
  • Leistungsüberwachung sowie Organisation und Betreuung von externen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Schrittketten für den vollautomatischen Betrieb
  • Steuerungsseitige Begleitung der Inverkehrbringung unserer Prozessanlagen
  • Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d); eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Siemens PCS 7-Anlagensteuerungen in der Prozessindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der Vollautomatisierung verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IP-basierter Netzwerktechnologie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PCS 7 und idealerweise TIA-Portal mit WinCC Advanced / Professional inkl. Safety- Themen
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung fehlersicherer Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10%)
