Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektentwicklung und Steuerung von PtX- und PBTL-e-Fuels-Projekten von der frühen Konzeptphase bis zur Investitionsentscheidung
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien (technisch, wirtschaftlich und regulatorisch) sowie Überführung der Ergebnisse in belastbare, bankfähige Projektmodelle
  • Planung und Projektumsetzung, inklusiven Zeitplänen, Meilensteinen, Risikoregister und Stakeholder-Mapping
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Projektstakeholdern wie Kunden, Behörden, Energieversorgern, EPC-Partnern, Lieferanten und Joint-Venture-Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Verhandlung zentraler Verträge, z. B. mit EPC-Partnern, OEMs oder Feedstock-Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Business Cases inklusive Identifikation geeigneter Projektstandorten, CAPEX-/OPEX-Annahmen, Sensitivitätsanalysen und Szenarienbewertungen
  • Aktives Risikomanagement durch Entwicklung von Genehmigungsstrategien, Planung von Netzanschlüssen und regulatorische Abstimmung
  • Sicherstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen inklusive strukturiertem Reporting, Dokumentation und Governance des Projekt- und Pipeline-Management
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Priorisierung der Projektpipeline durch quantitative und qualitative Projektbewertungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, vorzugsweise in der Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Chemiewissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 7 Jahre) in der Entwicklung oder Umsetzung von EPC-Projekten in der Energie-, Chemie- oder Petrochemieindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich Power-to-X, erneuerbare Energien oder nachhaltige Kraftstoffe
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Pt.-Wertschöpfungsketten (Wasserstoff, CO₂-Beschaffung, SAF/E-Kraftstoffe, Energiemärkte)
  • Solide kaufmännische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierung von Geschäften, Verhandlung von Verträgen, Gestaltung von Partnerschaften
  • Umfangreiches Netzwerk unter europäischen Projektentwicklern, PtX-Wertschöpfungskette
  • Erfahrung mit Genehmigungsverfahren und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen für Industrie-/Energieanlagen
