Die innovative chemische Reaktortechnologie von INERATEC ist der Schlüssel für die Energiewende. Wir bauen chemische Anlagen, in denen aus Treibhausgasen wie CO2 und erneuerbarem Strom synthetische Kraftstoffe und nachhaltige synthetische Produkte hergestellt werden.

Dafür suchen wir Dich als Ergänzung unseres Teams, als Ingenieur (m/w/d) Verfahrenstechnik/Chemieingenieurwesen im Anlagenbau. Dein Fokus liegt in der Planung, Entwicklung, Auslegung und Optimierung kompletter chemischer oder physikalischer Anlagenprozesse. #sort: 130#PES#

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Prozessflussdiagrammen (PFDs) und Rohrleitungs- & Instrumentierungsdiagrammen (P&IDs) als Flowsheeting-Expert für unsere PtX- und GtX-Anlagen
  • Detailplanung von verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen: Dimensionierung, Auslegung von Anlagenkomponenten wie Reaktoren, Wärmetauschern, Pumpen und Sicherheitsventilen
  • Durchführung von Massen- und Energiebilanzen sowie Prozesssimulationen
  • Erstellung von Prozessdatenblättern für Anlagen
  • Entwicklung von Prozesssteuerungs-Narrativen, Ursache-Wirkungs-Matrizen und Instrumentenschutzkonzepten
  • Durchführung von HAZOP-Analysen und Sicherheitsbewertungen
  • Schnittstellenkoordination mit Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Anlagen- oder Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projekten des Anlagenbaus und der Verfahrenstechnik, idealerweise in der Chemie oder Petrochemie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Anlagenauslegung, Thermodynamik, Strömungsmechanik sowie Wärme- und Stoffübertragung
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung im petrochemischen Anlagenbetrieb
  • Erfahrung in Systemintegration und Prozesssimulation
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
