Zur Unterstützung unseres Sales Teams (Product Offtake) suchen wir eine/n proaktive*n und digital affine*n Werkstudent*in.

Mit deinem Blick für Struktur, saubere Kundendaten und eine zuverlässige Nachverfolgung schaffst du die Grundlage dafür, dass unser Vertrieb effizient arbeiten und sich voll auf die Betreuung und Gewinnung von Kundinnen und Kunden fokussieren kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Sales-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Einfachheit, Nutzbarkeit und Akzeptanz im Team
  • Aufbau und Pflege strukturierter Informations- und Ablagesysteme für Sales, Offtake und Business Development, von Ordnerstrukturen über Vorlagen bis zur Sales-Dokumentation
  • Standardisierung der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen, Konferenzen und externen Veranstaltungen mit Gesprächsnotizen, Kontaktlisten, Follow-ups und Aktionslisten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Account-Übersichten, Tracking-Listen und Management-Reports
  • Pflege und Konsolidierung von Kunden-, Kontakt- und Opportunity-Informationen in SharePoint, Excel und Outlook sowie perspektivisch im CRM

Dein Profil

  • Ein laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, International Business, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Vertriebsprozessen, Datenpflege oder Projektmanagement
  • Interesse an B2B-Vertrieb und nachhaltigen Energieträgern wie e-Fuels, Sustainable Aviation Fuel oder Power-to-Liquid-Technologien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicheres Gespür für professionelle Kundenkommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, idealerweise auch SharePoint
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 12 Stunden pro Woche, flexibel abstimmbar mit dem Vorlesungsplan
