Sie fühlen sich in der Entgeltabrechnung zu Hause und arbeiten strukturiert sowie serviceorientiert? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres HR-Teams! In dieser Position verantworten Sie die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung, betreuen unser HR-System und stehen Mitarbeitenden sowie externen Ansprechpartnern kompetent zur Seite. Wenn Sie eine organisierte Arbeitsweise, fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Freude an der Personalarbeit mitbringen, erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Position mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben, hoher Eigenverantwortung und der Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV LODAS für ca. 260 Mitarbeitende.
  • HR-Software: Sie übernehmen die Administration und Pflege unserer HR-Software Personio.
  • HR-Service & Support: Sie unterstützen unsere HR-Referenten bei der Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden, speziell bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Auswertungen & Reporting: Die Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Kommunikation mit externen Stellen: Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und weiteren externen Stellen.
  • Benefits-Management: Sie sind zuständig für die administrative Betreuung und Koordination unserer Benefits, insbesondere JobTicket, JobRad und Gutscheinkarten.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Entgeltabrechnung oder Personalwesen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Administration einer Personalmanagement-Software wie z.B. Personio
  • Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch
  • Teamgeist sowie eine sorgfältige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Blick für das Wesentliche
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den sensiblen Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und externen Ansprechpartnern
