Sie begeistern sich für erklärungsbedürftige Hightech-Lösungen und möchten internationale Märkte aktiv mitgestalten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und treiben Sie mit uns die Zukunft der Thermografie voran – von unserer Homebase in Dresden aus. In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie technisches Know-how mit Vertriebsstärke, entwickeln zielgerichtete Strategien und machen den Mehrwert unserer Lösungen für Kunden weltweit erlebbar.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung: Sie betreuen unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden aus Industrie und Forschung sowie unsere weltweiten Vertriebspartner.
  • Wachstumsgenerierung: Sie identifizieren Marktpotentiale und treiben unsere internationale Expansion aktiv voran.
  • Sales Performance: Sie erstellen Verkaufsprognosen und wirken an der Entwicklung von kurz- und langfristigen Geschäftsstrategien mit.
  • Marketing & Contentgestaltung: Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing erarbeiten und realisieren Sie zielgerichtete Vermarktungsstrategien und erstellen hochwertigen Content für unsere digitalen Kanäle.
  • Solution Selling: Sie präsentieren unsere Thermografielösungen in Demos, Probemessungen sowie Kundenschulungen und machen deren Mehrwert erlebbar.
  • Markenpräsenz: Sie repräsentieren unser Unternehmen auf Messen, bei Kundenterminen und anderen on-/offline-Events.
  • Business Development: Sie nutzen moderne Online-Vertriebskanäle und erschließen kontinuierlich neue Marktzugänge.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb technischer, erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte (z.B. (visuelle) Mess- und Prüftechnik oder Automatisierung mit Machine Vision) von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Umfassendes technisches Wissen gepaart mit echter Vertriebsleidenschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM- und CPQ-Systemen, idealerweise auch mit deren Backend
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung mit Reisebereitschaft
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein überzeugendes, offenes Auftreten
