Ihre Aufgaben

n unserer Forschung und Entwicklung des Geschäftsbereiches Sensorik gibt es immer Themen für Fach- oder Abschlussarbeiten, die durch Studenten bearbeitet werden können. Wir sind flexibel in der konkreten Ausgestaltung von Inhalt und Umfang, um es für dich passend zu machen – sei es für eine Diplom-, Bachelor-, Masterarbeit oder innerhalb eines Praktikums.

Folgende Themen bieten wir aktuell an:

Testmethode zur Identifikation von Infrarotfiltern in der Sensorfertigung

Pyroelektrische Infrarot (IR)-Sensoren werden häufig in der Gasanalyse eingesetzt. Oft werden mehrkanalige Sensoren mit Schmalbandfiltern oder breitbandigen Fenstern verwendet, um verschiedene spektrale Anteile der auftreffenden Infrarotstrahlung auszuwerten. Im Fertigungsprozess muss mit der zu entwickelnden Testmethode sichergestellt werden, dass die korrekten Filter bestückt sind und keine Vertauschung zwischen den Kanälen passiert. Teilaufgaben sind: (a) Konzepterarbeitung zur spektralen Identifikation der IR-Filter je Sensorkanal, (b) Aufbau der Messtechnik mit den mechanischen und optischen Komponenten sowie der Software, (c) Inbetriebnahme und Test.

Die endgültige Themenfindung erfolgt in Absprache mit der Hochschule, dir und uns.

Ihr Profil

  • Du bist Student (m/w/d) und an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert.
  • Gute Startvoraussetzungen hast du mit einem Studiengang der MINT-Richtungen wie z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informationstechnik oder Physik – aber auch andere Studienrichtungen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Je nach Thema können Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung mit Python, C oder C# oder in der Schaltungsentwicklung und -simulation von Vorteil sein.
  • Eine sichere technische Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch fällt dir nicht schwer.
  • Du bist engagiert und verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Du hast ein proaktives Mindset, bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du kannst dir 4 bis 6 Monate für die Bearbeitung des Themas einplanen.
