Sie haben Freude am Kundenkontakt und behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Als Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie unser internationales Vertriebsteam im Tagesgeschäft und sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Verkaufsingenieuren und Tochtergesellschaften. Dabei übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben rund um Auftragsabwicklung sowie Kundenkorrespondenz und unterstützen bei der Organisation von Meetings und Dienstreisen. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftragsabwicklung: Sie übernehmen die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung einschließlich der Rechnungslegung für ein internationales Vertriebsteam.
  • Korrespondenz: Sie sind für die Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Tochterunternehmen in Deutsch und Englisch verantwortlich und verwalten diese für Ihr zugewiesenes Vertriebsgebiet.
  • Bestandskundenbetreuung: Sie unterstützen unsere Verkaufsingenieure bei der Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Kundenmeetings & Dienstreisen: Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Organisation und Koordination von Kundenmeetings und Dienstreisen.
  • Statistische Auswertungen: Sie wirken bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung statistischer Auswertungen mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb von Industrieprodukten
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Dokumenten
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an der Koordination verschiedener Aufgaben und Ansprechpartner
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
