1. 通过前期虚拟验证，改进或验证产品设计； 2. 配合分析解决质量问题； 3. 按工作要求建立虚拟验证模型； 4. 根据建立的模型进行分析并解决出现的问题； 5. 解读分析结果（包括与试验结果或现有产品的比较），为设计提出改进意见，形成书面文件； 6. 与客户等共同工作，分析、评估，校核零部件性能，对比物理测试，提供相关计算报告； 7. 跟踪实验，与分析结果比对，并完善分析模型；总结工作中的经验，写成书面材料； 8. 建立并完善公司VE工作经验数据库;完成上级主管布置的其他工作。

1.本科及以上学历，机械/车辆/材料/力学相关专业优先； 2.知识/技能：熟悉Hyperworks，Lsdyna，Adams等软件优先，熟悉工程力学，材料力学等相关知识，有较强的问题解决能力; 3.2025&2026届毕业生，在校绩点3.0及以上； 4.英语听说读写流利，通过大学英语四级或具备以上水平； 5.具有很好的组织协调和管理能力。
