1. 机械/电气/车辆工程等相关专业，大学本科以上或同等学历； 2. 2025届&2026届毕业生，在校绩点3.0及以上； 3. 熟悉计算机办公软件，有问题分析解决能力，了解5WHY，8D等问题解决工具； 4. 掌握CATIA或UG的基本操作，了解Team Center使用； 5. 具有一定沟通技巧，组织协调能力，英语CET4； 6. 富有团队精神。
