1. 制定或更新公司电气控制方面的统一标准，包括关键电气元件的品牌型号，电气软件的版本，电气程序的架构等； 2. 负责公司电气控制标准在具体设备上的实施工作，既包括由外部设备供应商提供的设备，也包括公司自行制造或改造的设备； 3. 参与新生产设备制造时电气控制系统的设计评审工作，协助并参与新设备进厂后的程序调试，设备程序问题的跟踪，新设备的试生产验证，直至新设备正式量产； 4. 负责新设备制造过程中所有的电气文档及电气程序的收集及管理，各类纸质说明文档及时登记造册，电子文档及时备份； 5. 负责公司生产线电气控制程序的更新及版本管理，确保现场更新的电气控制程序及时存档； 6. 负责新生产线上电气方面备品备件的统计与采购申请工作 7. 支持产线的日常生产，保证设备的正常运行，负责设备的电气故障分析及解决，支持电工的维修工作，根据需要填写设备维修记录表及设备变化点管理表； 8. 协助制造工程师，根据设备的具体使用要求，编制设备操作指导书、设备日常点检表、月度及年度保养计划等预防性维保文件； 9. 支持日常生产设备的改进工作，包括对生产设备进行控制程序的改进，以提高设备的运行效率，提高产品质量，降低生产成本，降低劳动强度，保证生产安全。

1. 电子、自动化等相关专业，本科以上或同等学历； 2. 2025届&2026届毕业生； 3. 具有基本的英文读、写能力，英语四级及以上； 4. 熟悉多种PLC、HMI软件。
