1. 系统需求收集整理，与客户进行高效的沟通，输出标准格式的客户需求文档； 2. 负责产品的嵌入式软件设计、编码，调试。完成相关技术文档的编写，评审； 3. 负责单元测试，集成测试等工作，并输出相应文档； 4. 负责相关产品的标定工作，确保产品性能满足客户需要； 5. 根据客户或产品升级需求进行产品嵌入式软件变更，升级完善； 6. 客户现场支持，故障分析，问题修复以及量产支持； 7. 支持新项目获取，完成产品技术评审，报价支持等相关工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息工程、自动化等相关专业； 2. 2025&2026届应届生，英语四级及以上，在校绩点3.0及以上； 3. 掌握C/C++语言编程，熟悉瑞萨RH850或者NXP S32K等平台嵌入式软件开发； 4. 熟悉CAN/CANFD/LIN等通信规范，熟悉通讯开发测试相关工具，例如CANOE, CANAPE vehicle spy3； 5. 有较强的服务意识，较强的信息收集处理与分析、解决问题及技术创新的能力。
