Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Auxiliar Contable para sumarse a un nuevo programa de tarjetas prepagadas que se lanzará en Panamá.

Esta es una excelente oportunidad para profesionales con experiencia en la industria de servicios financieros o medios de pago que quieran asumir un rol activo en el establecimiento de los procesos contables y las operaciones financieras de un nuevo negocio.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Registrar transacciones contables y garantizar la correcta contabilización de las operaciones.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y conciliaciones de cuentas.
  • Gestionar los procesos de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Brindar soporte a las operaciones de tesorería y a las actividades diarias de gestión de caja.
  • Participar en el diseño e implementación de procesos contables para la nueva operación.
  • Brindar soporte en las actividades de cierre contable mensual y en la elaboración de reportes financieros.
  • Mantener la documentación correspondiente y garantizar la confidencialidad de la información financiera.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el/la Finance Lead para establecer procedimientos contables y mejores prácticas.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad, tesorería y conciliaciones.
  • Experiencia previa en bancos, instituciones financieras, empresas fintech o procesadores de pagos en Panamá será altamente valorada.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en registros contables, conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en operaciones bancarias, medios de pago y transferencias.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y un alto nivel de integridad y confidencialidad.
  • Residencia en Ciudad de Panamá (requisito excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial.
