Desde INHAUS acompañamos a Importante Grupo Internacional de Inversión y Desarrollo inmobiliarioen la búsqueda de un/a Immigration Legal Advisor para incorporarse a su equipo Legal.

Buscamos un/a abogado/a con experiencia en derecho migratorio panameño, que pueda acompañar y dar seguimiento integral a los procesos migratorios de inversionistas internacionales, asegurando una gestión organizada, ágil y coordinada con las distintas áreas y asesores externos.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

• Dar seguimiento al proceso migratorio de cada inversionista, desde la inversión hasta la obtención de su residencia. • Mantener un control actualizado de cada caso, sus etapas, próximos pasos, responsables y fechas previstas. • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los casos gestionados por firmas de abogados externas, identificando avances y posibles retrasos. • Mantener informados a los equipos de Ventas y Legal sobre el estado de los procesos. • Verificar que la documentación de inversión cumpla con los requerimientos correspondientes y coordinar su emisión con Legal y Finanzas. • Dar seguimiento a trámites, documentación, legalizaciones y apostillas. • Monitorear cambios en la legislación y práctica migratoria panameña, identificando su impacto en procesos, tiempos y documentación. • Preparar reportes periódicos y contribuir a una gestión eficiente de un volumen importante de casos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Abogado/a idóneo/a para ejercer en Panamá – requisito indispensable. • Entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia en derecho migratorio panameño. • Experiencia práctica en procesos de residencia para inversionistas, idealmente Inversionista Calificado, Naciones Amigas o programas similares. • Conocimiento práctico de trámites ante MICI y el Servicio Nacional de Migración. • Experiencia gestionando requisitos documentales, legalizaciones, apostillas y seguimiento ante autoridades. • Experiencia previa en firmas especializadas en inmigración o dentro de compañías vinculadas a inversión, real estate o relocation. • Español e inglés fluidos – requisito indispensable.

Será un plus contar con experiencia en KYC y validación de procedencia de fondos, conocimiento de real estate u hospitality y manejo de portugués u otros idiomas.

Buscamos una persona organizada, práctica y perseverante, con excelente capacidad de seguimiento y una comunicación clara y profesional con inversionistas, agentes, asesores externos y equipos internos.
