¿Qué harás en esta posición? Te sumarás al equipo de Madrid para liderar procesos de selección de punta a punta (end to end), en coordinación con nuestros clientes y equipos regionales. La posición implica gestionar varias búsquedas en simultáneo, desde la toma de requerimiento hasta la presentación final de candidatos/as, en rubros y culturas diversas.

Nos encantaría que cuentes con:

  • Experiencia previa en procesos de selección end to end, idealmente en entornos de consultoría o compañías con ritmo ágil.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de reclutamiento como ATS, portales, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Capacidad para entender el negocio y asesorar a hiring managers sobre perfiles, mercado y tiempos estimados.
  • Experiencia en búsquedas de perfiles profesionales en áreas como tecnología, producto, marketing y/o ventas.
  • Habilidad para priorizar tareas, gestionar múltiples procesos en simultáneo y cumplir con KPIs de reclutamiento.
  • Excelente comunicación interpersonal, tanto con clientes como con candidatos, y una actitud colaborativa.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.

📍 Ubicación: Madrid. Tipo de contrato: Contrato laboral directo por seis (6) meses. Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida (presencial y remota).
