¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos?

  • Llevar adelante procesos de selección de punta a punta.
  • Coordinar briefings, entender las necesidades del negocio y acompañar a los equipos internos.
  • Seguir de cerca cada búsqueda: pipeline, tiempos y experiencia del candidato.
  • Usar herramientas como ATS y mantener todo claro y organizado.
  • Detectar oportunidades para ajustar y mejorar. Y sentirte cómoda/o proponiéndolas.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • +5 años de experiencia liderando procesos de selección.
  • Buena lectura de contexto y flexibilidad para adaptarte a diferentes perfiles y ritmos.
  • Capacidad para organizarte, comunicar con claridad y trabajar con otros.
