Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Contador/a Titular CPA para incorporarse a un importante proyecto de lanzamiento de un programa de tarjetas prepago en Panamá.

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia sólida en contabilidad general de empresas, que pueda asumir la responsabilidad de la gestión contable de la nueva operación y participar activamente en la creación, organización e implementación de sus procesos contables.

Será especialmente valorado contar con conocimientos y experiencia en operaciones bancarias y medios de pago, incluyendo ACH, manejo y conciliación de cuentas bancarias y registro contable de operaciones asociadas a tarjetas de crédito, débito o prepago.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestionar y supervisar los registros de la contabilidad general de la operación.
  • Registrar y asegurar la correcta imputación de las operaciones contables.
  • Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y conciliaciones de cuentas.
  • Gestionar y controlar procesos de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Dar seguimiento y soporte a las operaciones de tesorería.
  • Registrar y controlar operaciones vinculadas a cuentas bancarias y medios de pago.
  • Participar en el registro y conciliación de operaciones de tarjetas de crédito, débito y/o prepago.
  • Participar en la organización y estructuración de los procesos contables necesarios para el inicio de la operación.
  • Preparar cierres contables, reportes financieros y documentación de soporte.
  • Implementar y mantener procedimientos y controles contables adecuados para la operación.
  • Mantener un adecuado control documental y garantizar la confidencialidad de la información financiera.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo responsable del proyecto para la implementación de buenas prácticas y procedimientos contables.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Título universitario en Contabilidad y CPA (Contador Público Autorizado).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en contabilidad general de empresas.
  • Experiencia en registros contables, conciliaciones bancarias, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Conocimientos de operaciones bancarias, preferentemente ACH y gestión de cuentas bancarias.
  • Será considerado un plus contar con experiencia o conocimientos en el registro y conciliación de operaciones de tarjetas de crédito, débito o prepago.
  • Experiencia en bancos, entidades financieras, fintech, procesadores de pago o empresas relacionadas con medios de pago será altamente valorada.
  • Perfil organizado, analítico y metódico, con orientación al detalle y alto nivel de confidencialidad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y participar en la creación y puesta en marcha de procesos contables.
  • Residencia en Ciudad de Panamá.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial.
