En INHAUS acompañamos a una importante empresa en la búsqueda de un Coordinador Técnico de Refrigeración para liderar la operación técnica y supervisión de equipos dentro de un entorno dinámico y altamente orientado al servicio.

Buscamos una persona con sólida base técnica, capacidad de liderazgo e iniciativa, que quiera asumir el desafío de coordinar equipos en campo y oficina, asegurando la correcta ejecución de proyectos, mantenimientos y operaciones técnicas.

Tu impacto en este rol

Serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar las operaciones técnicas del área de refrigeración, liderando un equipo aproximado de 10 técnicos, garantizando altos estándares de calidad, cumplimiento operativo y atención eficiente a clientes.

Tendrás un rol clave en el desarrollo del equipo, la organización de trabajos, seguimiento técnico y resolución de situaciones operativas, combinando gestión administrativa y acompañamiento en campo cuando sea requerido.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar, supervisar y desarrollar al equipo técnico.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a mantenimientos, instalaciones y servicios técnicos.
  • Organizar la operación diaria y asignación de trabajos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y acompañamiento al equipo ante situaciones complejas.
  • Supervisar estándares de calidad y cumplimiento de procesos.
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes y áreas internas.
  • Participar en visitas a campo cuando la operación lo requiera.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y operación técnica.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y buenas prácticas operativas.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Deseable experiencia o conocimientos en sistemas de refrigeración.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos u operativos.
  • Perfil con iniciativa, criterio técnico y capacidad de resolución.
  • Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
  • Orientación al servicio y resolución de problemas.
  • Disponibilidad para modalidad presencial y eventuales visitas a campo.
