Crecimiento comercial mediante alianzas y nuevos negocios.

Desde INHAUS estamos acompañando a una importante compañía del sector asegurador en la búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a Senior Comercial – Canales Masivos & Brokers para sumarse a su equipo en Buenos Aires, Capital Federal.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia comercial dentro de la industria de seguros, conocimiento del negocio de canales masivos, brokers, grupos de afinidad y banca, y capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

El rol tendrá un fuerte foco en la gestión y desarrollo de carteras vigentes, generación de nuevos negocios y crecimiento de los productos comercializados por la compañía.

Principales desafíos

  • Gestionar y desarrollar las carteras vigentes, incluyendo negocios vinculados a leasing, prendas y banca.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y potenciar el cross-selling, desarrollando planes de negocio para los distintos canales.
  • Generar y acercar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y relaciones estratégicas a la compañía.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer vínculos con brokers, bancos, grupos de afinidad y otros socios comerciales.
  • Detectar oportunidades para ampliar la penetración y potenciar el crecimiento de los productos comercializados por la compañía.
  • Realizar seguimiento de las relaciones comerciales y visitas periódicas a clientes y socios estratégicos.
  • Analizar el negocio y las oportunidades de cada canal, definiendo acciones orientadas al crecimiento de la cartera.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con los distintos equipos internos para acompañar el desarrollo y la implementación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales similares dentro de compañías de seguros. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia y conocimiento comercial en la gestión de grupos de afinidad y bancos. (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento del mercado asegurador y de la dinámica de canales masivos, brokers y alianzas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de cartera, cross-selling y generación de nuevos negocios.
  • Capacidad para construir y desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
  • Muy buenas habilidades de negociación, comunicación y relacionamiento.
  • Autonomía, orientación a resultados y visión de negocio.
  • Residencia en Buenos Aires, Capital Federal. (Excluyente)

Esquema híbrido: 2 días presenciales en las oficinas de la compañía.
