Desde INHAUS estamos acompañando a Novo Nordisk en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Ventas para liderar la estrategia comercial y el desarrollo de negocio en República Dominicana.

Tu impacto en este rol

Serás responsable de liderar un equipo comercial, impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y asegurar la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia en el mercado.

Tendrás un rol clave en el relacionamiento con profesionales de la salud, instituciones, distribuidores y otros actores relevantes del sector, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y fortaleciendo la presencia de la compañía.

Principales desafíos

  • Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar el equipo comercial de alto desempeño.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y de crecimiento.
  • Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes y stakeholders clave.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expansión de mercado.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño y generar planes de acción.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con distintas áreas de la organización para garantizar una ejecución efectiva de la estrategia.

Lo que buscamos

  • Formación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones comerciales dentro de industrias reguladas o vinculadas al sector salud.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando indicadores de desempeño.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo y generar influencia.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con visión de negocio.
