En INHAUS, buscamos un Gerente Junior de Contabilidad e Impuestos para una importante compañía en plena expansión regional en Panamá.

Tu impacto en este rol

Serás responsable de liderar integralmente las áreas de Contabilidad, Impuestos, Administración y Compras, asegurando la correcta gestión contable y tributaria, el abastecimiento eficiente y la mejora continua de los procesos, bajo un modelo de Shared Services que acompañe la expansión regional de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir estándares, políticas contables y estrategias de control interno.
  • Diseñar e implementar la operación contable bajo un modelo de Shared Services.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento tributario integral (ITBMS, Renta y nómina).
  • Liderar, desarrollar y supervisar a un equipo de 5 profesionales.
  • Gestionar el área de Compras y Administración, garantizando el abastecimiento eficiente de insumos, productos y servicios; liderar la negociación con proveedores; definir y monitorear los KPIs del área; y fortalecer sus procesos y controles.
  • Impulsar la transformación digital y automatización mediante ERPs.

Lo que buscamos

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración, Finanzas o afines (Maestría/MBA es un plus).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 4 años en posiciones relevantes para el rol.
  • Experiencia previa en entornos multinacionales y Shared Services.
  • Experiencia en gestión contable integral, automatización y mejora de procesos.
  • Liderazgo de equipos y pensamiento crítico.
  • Manejo avanzado de ERP (SAP o similares) y Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimientos en NIIF/IFRS, consolidación de estados financieros y KPIs.
  • Experiencia en compras, negociación con proveedores y gestión de contratos.
  • Inglés B2+.
