Parte clave de ese desarrollo es Miga Foods, la compañía responsable de la producción de dulce de leche en Europa, un producto central dentro del portafolio de Havanna.

Desde su planta en Rubí (Barcelona), Miga Foods acompaña el crecimiento de la marca, asegurando procesos productivos eficientes y consistentes con los estándares que la caracterizan.

Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable de Producción y Mantenimiento, una posición estratégica con impacto directo en la operación industrial y su evolución.

Propósito del rol

Liderar integralmente la operación de planta, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan productivo y la continuidad operativa, bajo estándares de calidad e inocuidad, con foco en eficiencia, orden y ejecución.

Principales responsabilidades

Operación & Producción

  • Ejecutar el programa de producción en coordinación con Calidad
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de estándares SGSA

Mantenimiento

  • Planificar y supervisar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
  • Gestionar repuestos e insumos técnicos

Gestión de equipo

  • Supervisar turnos, presentismo y cumplimiento de normas
  • Capacitar en procesos y buenas prácticas

Gestión & Reporting

  • Registrar KPIs, consumos y novedades en ERP
  • Asegurar trazabilidad y orden operativo

¿Qué valoramos?

  • Formación técnica o universitaria (Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial o Alimentos)
  • +5 años liderando equipos en plantas industriales
  • Manejo de ERP
  • Inglés técnico
  • Buscamos un perfil organizado, con criterio, autonomía para decidir, mirada integral de planta y capacidad de anticiparse y ejecutar con agilidad.
