En INHAUS acompañamos a una importante Compañía Multinacional de Commodities en la búsqueda de un/a Assistant Trade Support Coordinator, un rol clave de apoyo al trader, con fuerte foco operativo, administrativo y de coordinación internacional.

Buscamos una persona organizada, detallista, con buena orientación comercial y ganas de crecer dentro del negocio de trading — nos interesa conocer perfiles con potencial, actitud y valores sólidos.

¿Cuál será tu propósito en el rol?

Brindar soporte integral al trader, asegurando el seguimiento administrativo y operativo completo y ordenado de las operaciones de compra y venta — desde la creación y seguimiento de órdenes y contratos hasta el embarque, la documentación, el cierre logístico y el pago — actuando como punto de contacto operativo con clientes, proveedores, bancos, agentes internacionales y áreas internas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Soporte comercial directo al trader en operaciones de compra y venta
  • Revisión y seguimiento de contratos, ofertas y cotizaciones
  • Gestión de cartas de crédito y documentación bancaria
  • Coordinación con proveedores internacionales
  • Revisión y control de pagos, facturación e invoices
  • Seguimiento de la logística de embarques y documentación asociada (BLs, packing lists, certificados de origen, entre otros)
  • Interacción constante con clientes, proveedores, agentes y áreas internas

  • Organización y atención al detalle: capacidad para manejar varios expedientes en simultáneo, con precisión y la información siempre actualizada
  • Seguimiento y sentido de responsabilidad: que las órdenes, contratos, documentos, embarques y pagos avancen correctamente y en tiempo
  • Orientación comercial: entender la dinámica del negocio y tener interés genuino en aprender y crecer dentro del área
  • Comunicación clara y orientación al cliente, con facilidad para relacionarse con múltiples interlocutores
  • Iniciativa y capacidad de resolución: alguien que haga seguimiento, pregunte, identifique inconsistencias y ayude a encontrar soluciones
  • Agilidad y ganas de aprender: adaptación a prioridades cambiantes y apertura al feedback
  • Buenos valores y trabajo en equipo: integridad, compromiso, confiabilidad y actitud colaborativa
  • Altamente valorado contar con experiencia en comercio internacional, logística, documentación, importación/exportación o soporte comercial, e Incoterms
  • Inglés avanzado, escrito y hablado (excluyente)
  • Formación universitaria en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Logística o afines
