Para una destacada compañía global del sector industrial, estamos en la búsqueda de un Trader de Commodities, un perfil estratégico para su operación en Panamá.

Buscamos una persona con mirada comercial, muy buen nivel de inglés y experiencia en operaciones internacionales.

Se valorarán especialmente trayectorias en trading de commodities como acero (preferentemente), minería, químicos o similares. El dominio de Incoterms 2020 y el conocimiento de toda la documentación que conlleva una transacción y/o embarque son requisitos obligatorios para este rol.

💼 ¿Qué harás en este rol?

Vas a trabajar de forma muy autónoma y dinámica, identificando oportunidades de negocio, gestionando relaciones con proveedores y clientes internacionales, y participando activamente de las negociaciones, estructuración de deals y seguimiento integral de las operaciones.

Se espera una actitud curiosa, ágil y proactiva, con ganas de crecer y aprender constantemente del mercado.

También será clave la capacidad de tomar decisiones con criterio comercial, adaptarse a entornos cambiantes y construir relaciones de confianza que generen valor en el largo plazo.

Este rol combina análisis, acción y visión estratégica: no es solo ejecutar, sino anticiparse, detectar oportunidades y convertirlas en resultados.

🎯 Buscamos personas que cuenten con:

  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en roles vinculados al comercio internacional, trading o posiciones comerciales de alcance global.
  • Dominio avanzado de inglés (excluyente) y español nativo. Dominio de otros idiomas es un plus.
  • Residencia en Panamá o disponibilidad para reubicarse en el corto plazo.
  • Trayectoria en sectores industriales o de commodities complejos, como acero, cemento, químicos, u otros mercados con lógica de negocio internacional.
  • Dominio de Incoterms 2020 y manejo completo de la documentación asociada a embarques internacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre un 30% y 40% del tiempo al año.

📍Modalidad de trabajo: 100% presencial en oficinas ubicadas en Costa del Este, Panamá.

Compensación: salario base + bono anual por desempeño.

Incluye training inicial en Europa y plan de desarrollo profesional a largo plazo.
