À l'interface entre recherche fondamentale et développement industriel, Inovarion apporte son savoir-faire et son expertise aux grands acteurs publics et privés de la recherche biomédicale. Devenu en 13 ans un acteur central de la Recherche et du Développement en France, Inovarion a pour mission principale de contribuer à l'avancée des connaissances scientifiques dans les Sciences du Vivant.

Pour accompagner l'un de nos partenaires, nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) ingénieur(e) / Technicien(ne) dont la cytométrie en flux sera le cœur de métier, au service d'un programme de recherche dédié à l'évaluation de stratégies de thérapie cellulaire en contexte préclinique.

Votre mission

Intégré(e) à une équipe de recherche, vous serez le(la) référent(e) technique cytométrie du projet. Vous mettrez en œuvre et optimiserez des panels multiparamétriques, assurerez l'acquisition et l'analyse des données, et contribuerez à leur interprétation aux côtés de l'équipe. Vous participerez également à l'intégration de données phénotypiques, histologiques et transcriptomiques en vue de la démonstration de preuves de concept précliniques, ainsi qu'à la valorisation des résultats issus des programmes menés par Inovarion. Le poste est à pourvoir rapidement.

Compétences recherchées

Titulaire d'une formation Bac+2/3 en biologie, vous maîtrisez :

  • Cytométrie en flux multiparamétrique (compétence centrale et indispensable) : mise en œuvre et optimisation de panels, acquisition et analyse.
  • Analyses tissulaires : immunohistologie, immunofluorescence et quantification tissulaire.
  • Biologie cellulaire et moléculaire : techniques fondamentales de paillasse.
  • Analyse de jeux de données biologiques : traitement et interprétation en collaboration avec l'équipe.

Constitueraient des atouts complémentaires : une expérience en RNA-seq, en modèles murins, ou une sensibilité aux thématiques de régénération tissulaire et de réponse cellulaire.

Au-delà des compétences techniques, nous recherchons une personne dynamique et rigoureuse, dotée d'un véritable esprit d'équipe, d'une excellente capacité d'organisation et du goût du travail collaboratif au sein d'un environnement de recherche exigeant.
