Votre mission

Votre mission principale consistera à gérer efficacement des projets de recherche computationnelle, en participant activement à leur conception, leur conduite et leur réalisation auprès de nos clients. Vous serez chargé(e) de définir et de mettre en œuvre l'ensemble du workflow d'analyse nécessaire au traitement de données, d'analyser et d'interpréter les résultats pour en extraire des conclusions biologiques robustes, et de contribuer à la diffusion et à la valorisation des connaissances produites sous forme de rapports et de publications scientifiques.

Compétences recherchées

Nous recherchons un(e) Chercheur(se) ou un(e) Ingénieur(e) de Recherche (H/F), possédant une solide expertise en analyse de données omiques, et notamment transcriptomiques, dans les domaines suivants :

  • Analyse scRNAseq : maîtrise du workflow complet – QC, clustering, annotation cellulaire, expression différentielle, analyse de pathways, inférence d'interactomes cellule-cellule, analyse de trajectoires / pseudotemps, intégration et comparaison à des jeux de données publiques, visualisations avancées ;
  • Analyse Bulk RNAseq : expression différentielle, analyse fonctionnelle et enrichissement ;
  • Connaissances en transcriptomique spatiale ;
  • Environnement technique : maîtrise de R et/ou Python et des packages de référence du domaine (Seurat, Scanpy, DESeq2, edgeR, etc.), goût pour la reproductibilité et les bonnes pratiques de gestion du code, dataviz ;
  • Gestion de projet et conseil scientifique : veille scientifique active, animation de réunions, production de figures, rédaction de rapports et d'articles scientifiques de niveau publication.
