Inovarion est un centre de Recherche et d'Innovation créé en 2013. À l'interface entre recherche fondamentale et développement industriel, Inovarion apporte son savoir-faire et son expertise aux grands acteurs publics et privés de la recherche biomédicale. Devenu en 13 ans un acteur central de la Recherche et du Développement en France, Inovarion a pour mission principale de contribuer à l'avancée des connaissances scientifiques dans les Sciences du Vivant.

Dans le cadre d’un projet de recherche en onco-immunologie, nous recrutons un(e) bioinformaticien(ne) diplômé(e) d’un Master, d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'un doctorat en bioinformatique, en biologie computationnelle ou en informatique appliquée au domaine du vivant ou de la santé.

Le projet porte sur l’étude de mécanismes épigénétiques ainsi que sur l'organisation tridimensionnelle du génome par l’utilisation d’approches et d’outils bioinformatiques avancés.

Compétences recherchées :

  • Programmation en R et Python (analyse de données, visualisation, scripting)
  • Traitement et intégration de données multi-omiques issues de modèles précliniques murins : ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq ou approches similaires
  • Modélisation et analyse de l'organisation 3D de la chromatine à partir de données Hi-C (compartiments, TADs, boucles)
  • Développement de pipelines reproductibles et d'outils personnalisés, automatisation des traitements (environnement Linux, gestion de versions Git...)
  • Exploitation de bases de données et ressources spécialisées

Profil recherché :

  • Faire preuve d’un haut niveau d’autonomie dans la planification et l’exécution des analyses
  • Assurer une communication efficace avec différents interlocuteurs (biologistes expérimentaux, cliniciens…)
  • Être force de proposition et proactif(ve)
