🎯 Votre rôle

Vous intégrerez notre équipe pour participer à des projets de recherche de A à Z : de la conception expérimentale à la valorisation des résultats. Concrètement, vous définirez et mettrez en œuvre les approches techniques adaptées à chaque projet, produirez et analyserez les données, et contribuerez à leur diffusion scientifique.

Votre premier projet ? Décrypter les mécanismes cellulaires et métaboliques au cœur de la biologie tumorale — un domaine en pleine effervescence.

🛠 Compétences recherchées

Nous cherchons un·e ingénieur·e d'études (Bac+5 — Master 2, diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent) en biologie cellulaire, biochimie, biologie moléculaire ou discipline connexe. Une première expérience significative en laboratoire de recherche est attendue, idéalement sur des problématiques liées à l'oncologie ou au métabolisme.

Culture cellulaire — Culture de cellules primaires et de lignées (dont lignées tumorales), maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et du contrôle qualité.

Biochimie & métabolisme — Extraction et purification de protéines, Western Blot, tests d'activité enzymatique, dosages de métabolites.

Caractérisation fonctionnelle — Cytométrie en flux, tests de viabilité, microscopie à fluorescence et confocale.

Biologie moléculaire — Extraction ADN/ARN, PCR, RT-qPCR.

Vous êtes curieux·se, rigoureux·se et adaptable. Vous aimez comprendre avant de faire, et vous savez présenter vos résultats avec clarté — en français comme en anglais. L'esprit d'équipe et le sens de l'organisation font partie de votre ADN (sans mauvais jeu de mots).
