Farmácia de manipulação consolidada no mercado, focada em atendimento consultivo e humanizado, ajudando clientes a cuidarem melhor da saúde com fórmulas personalizadas, contrata Assistente Comercial Jr. para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

  • Atender clientes via WhatsApp, telefone e canais digitais.
  • Entender necessidades e oferecer soluções em medicamentos manipulados.
  • Enviar orçamentos, esclarecer dúvidas e acompanhar o fechamento.
  • Registrar contatos e oportunidades no sistema/planilhas.
  • Fazer follow-up ativo de orçamentos em aberto.
  • Apoiar o time na organização da rotina comercial.
  • Contribuir com ideias para melhorar scripts e processos de vendas.

Jornada presencial Horário de trabalho: 9:42 as 19h de segunda a sexta e sábados alternados das 8 às 13h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente ou vendas (presencial ou online).
  • Facilidade de comunicação escrita e falada, especialmente via WhatsApp.
  • Organização para lidar com vários atendimentos simultâneos.
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e uso de planilhas/sistemas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em farmácia de manipulação.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em farmácia de manipulação, drogaria ou área da saúde.
  • Vivência com Inside Sales, pré-vendas (SDR) ou atendimento digital.
  • Noções de técnicas de vendas e atendimento consultivo.
  • Conforto em trabalhar com metas e indicadores comerciais.
