Empresa em ascensão no segmento de suporte em softwares (sistemas) para cartórios, contrata Auxiliar de Suporte Técnico Júnior, para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

• Triagem de Atendimentos: Classificar e priorizar as solicitações dos clientes, direcionando-as para as equipes responsáveis quando necessário. • Atendimento a Clientes: Realizar atendimentos de suporte de primeiro nível para os nossos sistemas, buscando solucionar as demandas mais comuns e básicas. • Resolução de Problemas: Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos simples relacionados aos nossos softwares e a ambiente de informática do usuário. • Comunicação Eficaz: Manter uma comunicação clara, cordial e empática com os clientes, tanto por telefone, e-mail ou chat. • Documentação: Registrar os atendimentos e soluções em nossa base de conhecimento, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua do serviço.

Jornada presencial Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta-feira de 08:30 as 17:30hs.

Buscamos profissionais que possuam: • Ensino Médio completo ou formação Técnica em Informática; • Conhecimento em Informática Básica: Familiaridade com sistemas operacionais (Windows), pacotes Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), navegadores de internet e conceitos de rede. • Boa Comunicação: Habilidade para se expressar de forma clara e objetiva, tanto na escrita quanto na fala, e facilidade para se relacionar com diferentes perfis de pessoas. • Raciocínio Lógico: Capacidade de analisar problemas, identificar causas e propor soluções de forma eficiente. • Proatividade e Curiosidade: Vontade de aprender e buscar conhecimento sobre nossos sistemas e novas tecnologias. • Organização e Foco: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e manter a atenção aos detalhes. Diferenciais: • Carteira de habilitação (CNH B); • Experiência anterior com atendimento técnico será um diferencial.
