Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) im Raum Villingen-Schwenningen.

  • Durchführung technischer Prüfungen von Bauteilen und Produkten
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Erstbemusterungen
  • Anwendung verschiedener Mess- und Prüfmittel, u. a. Messschieber, Messprojektor, Keyence IM sowie Prüfwaagen für Drehmoment- und Kraftmessungen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Mess-, Prüf- und Arbeitsunterlagen
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei FMEA
  • Reklamationsmanagement (Fehleranalysen / Ursachenermittlung / 8D-Systematik)
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Process & Lean Center, Qualitätssicherung und Instandhaltung
  • Perspektivische Entwicklung in eine verantwortungsvollere Funktion, z. B. als Unterstützung des QMB
  • gelegentliche Fahrten zu den anderen Produktionsstandorten
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Werkzeugmechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis, sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit 3D-CAD, idealerweise SolidWorks
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein selbstsicheres Auftreten
  • gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
