Consultório Odonto Pediatria

🚩Local: Jardim Botâncio, RJ

Estamos em busca de Secretária para atuar em Consultório de Odontologia, realizando atendimento aos pacientes e dando suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da clínica.

Buscamos uma profissional organizada, cordial, atenta aos detalhes e com excelente comunicação, que tenha facilidade para lidar com o público e interesse em oferecer uma experiência de atendimento acolhedora e profissional.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES

Recepção e Atendimento:

  • Recepcionar e acolher os pacientes, proporcionando atendimento cordial;
  • Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico, WhatsApp e demais meios de comunicação;
  • Orientar pacientes quanto a informações relacionadas às consultas e procedimentos;
  • Apoiar os pacientes durante sua jornada na clínica.

Agendamento:

  • Realizar marcação, confirmação, remarcação e cancelamento de consultas e procedimentos;
  • Organizar e acompanhar a agenda médica;
  • Realizar os contatos necessários para confirmação dos atendimentos.

Rotinas Administrativas e Financeiras:

  • Realizar recebimento de consultas e cobranças;
  • Realizar controles e lançamentos no Sistema utilizado no consultório;
  • Elaborar e alimentar informações em Planilhas de Excel;
  • Organizar documentos e informações dos pacientes;
  • Organizar entradas e saídas de materiais, radiografias e demais produtos;
  • Realizar fechamento das compras do consultório e demais rotinas administrativas.

Rotinas Operacionais:

  • Cuidar da manutenção e limpeza dos ambientes do consultório em geral e da apresentação da sala de espera, com foco na organização de revistas, brinquedos e demais;
  • Realizar eventuais serviços externos sempre que necessário;
  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior como recepcionista e/ou secretária em clínicas, consultórios ou áreas de saúde;
  • Experiência nas funções administrativas solicitadas na oportunidade;
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente em Excel e Sistemas de Gestão de Clínica;
  • Conhecimento em WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business e demais meios de comunicação;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Interesse e facilidade para lidar com o público de forma efetiva e atenciosa.

  • Segunda a sexta: 8:00hs a 18:00hs

OPORTUNIDADE OFERECE

Remuneração Fixa: R$ 2.000,00 + R$ 200,00 (10% Adicional Insalubridade);

VT;

Vale Alimentação: R$ 25,00 por dia (com coparticipação R$ 2,00 por dia);
