Buscamos Enfermeiro(a) com perfil de responsabilidade para clínica de alto padrão, com foco na excelência do cuidado ao paciente, supervisão dos processos assistenciais, elaboração e atualização de POPs (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão), garantindo segurança, qualidade e conformidade dos protocolos.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Acompanhar a jornada do paciente, garantindo acolhimento, segurança e excelência no atendimento. Prestar suporte assistencial ao médico durante consultas e procedimentos.
  • Fazer a interface entre médico e paciente, garantindo fluidez na comunicação;
  • Realizar acompanhamento pós-consulta, incluindo contatos de follow-up e recall;
  • Apoiar o médico na organização e condução dos atendimentos;
  • Realizar orientações aos pacientes conforme direcionamento médico;
  • Elaborar, implementar, revisar e monitorar POPs (Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão) e protocolos assistenciais.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas sanitárias, de biossegurança e de segurança do paciente.
  • Organizar materiais, insumos, equipamentos e a estrutura assistencial do consultório.
  • Controlar registros de enfermagem, documentos e indicadores de qualidade.
  • Supervisionar o processamento de materiais, o gerenciamento de resíduos e as rotinas de limpeza e desinfecção, conforme aplicável.
  • Assegurar a conformidade técnica e documental das atividades de enfermagem;
  • Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento de exames, documentos e informações necessárias ao atendimento;
  • Identificar necessidades dos pacientes e antecipar demandas, mantendo um atendimento próximo e personalizado;
  • Zelar pela confidencialidade das informações e pela excelência na experiência do paciente;
  • Informar valores de procedimentos, tirar dúvidas sobre estes e prestar assessoria nas tratativas de recebimento.

REQUISITOS

  • Formação em Enfermagem com registro ativo no COREN; Cursos extras e/ou técnicos serão um diferencial;
  • Experiencia na prática da profissão. Atuação em Clínicas e/ou Consultórios será um deferencial;
  • Experiencia nas atividades técnicas e assitencias;

PERFIL

  • Acolhedor, com excelente comunicação com equipe e pacientes;
  • Organizado e atento a detalhes;
  • Autonomia e com boa capacidade de atuar próxima ao médico, conciliando assistência, organização da rotina e cuidado com a experiência do paciente.

FORMATO TRABALHO:

  • CLT
  • Presencial:
  • 42hs de Segunda a Sexta: Organizado de acordo com o funcionamnto da Clínica.

OPORTUNIDADE OFERECE

  • Salário Fixo: R$ 4.890,00 + VT
  • Auxílio Alimentação$ 236,00 (mensal)
  • Auxílio Refeição: R$ 300,00 (mensal).
  • Premiação Extra: Mediante atingimento de Indicadores e Meta trimestrais da Clinica.
