📊 Principais Atribuições:

RECEPÇÃO

  • Recepcionar pacientes de acordo com o padrão do consultório;

ATENDIMENTO

  • Atender pacientes com excelência através de todos os meios de comunicação disponíveis (telefone, whatsapp e afins);
  • Oferecer suporte e atendimento integral aos pacientes desde a marcação de consultas até pós atendimento .

AGENDAMENTO

  • Agendar, confirmar e reagendar consultas e procedimentos hospitalares;

ROTINAS FINANCEIRAS

  • Receber consultas;
  • Emitir recibos e notas fiscais;
  • Realizar controles de pagamento através de planilhas e apresentar aos médicos responsáveis;
  • Realizar tratativas hospitalares para cirurgia;

ROTINAS ADMINISTRATIVAS E CIRURGIA

  • Cuidar da organização e manutenção consultório;
  • Auxiliar os médicos nos atendimentos e procedimentos realizados no consultório;
  • Organizar insumos e sala de atendimento antes e pós consultas;
  • Acompanhar o processo de autorização de cirurgias;

📋 Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Cursos de secretariado, recepção ou afins serão um diferencial;
  • Domínio pacote office com ênfase em excel;
  • Experiência anterior como recepcionista de clinica e nas atividades solicitadas;
  • Organização
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal;
  • Compromisso com atendimento de excelência;
  • Fácil acesso a Ipanema;

🕰 Formato e Horário de Trabalho:

  • CLT;
  • 100% Presencial;
  • Segunda a sexta 9hs as 18hs;
