PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

Atendimento e Tratamento • Prestar atendimento de excelência a todos os pacientes da Clinica. • Responsável por realizar tratamentos como: lazer, tecnologias faciais e corporais e outros; • Realizar demais tratamentos indicados pelos médicos responsáveis; • Recepcionar os pacientes e realizar pré atendimento dos médicos como: higienizar pele, aplicar anestésico, tirar fotos antes e depois, dentre outros; • Auxiliar na anamnese e preenchimento de informações do paciente no Sistema; • Acompanhar paciente após procedimentos através de atendimento presencial, telefone, whatsapp e demais meios de comunicação.

Organização, Controle e Higienização • Preparar as salas antes de atendimento, fazendo reposição de materiais e outros; • Montar e desmontar aparelhos e equipamentos entre os procedimentos realizados; • Cuidar da higienização dos equipamentos e realizar descarte de lixo de acordo com as regras da vigilância sanitária e padrão da Clínica; • Receber, contar e controlar o estoque de insumos como: medicamentos, produtos de alto custo, descartáveis, amostras grátis e outros; • Lançar as informações dos produtos no Sistema da Clínica e/ou Planilha de Controle; • Controlar validade e armazenamento dos materiais esterilizados e dos medicamentos de geladeira; • Esterilizar de instrumentos cirúrgicos; Realizar manutenção da Autoclave; • Auxiliar na organização dos equipamentos de tecnologias, como realizar contagem de disparos e cuidar da logística de transporte.

Assistência a Medicos • Auxiliar os médicos em sala sempre que solicitado; • Auxiliar em rotinas administrativas e no atendimento ao cliente sempre que necessário.

FORMATO E HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO:

• PJ;

• Presencial;

• 40hs semanais, divididas em segunda a sexta.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

• Graduação em Estética, Cosmetologia e áreas afins;

• Experiência na realização de procedimentos, tais como lasers e demais tratamentos e tecnologias faciais e corporais e nas demais atividades solicitdas;

• Experiência em Clínicas de Dermatologia e/ou Cirurgia Plástica será diferencial;

• Conhecimentos do Pacote Office e de Sistemas de Clínicas;

• Organização e atenção a detalhes e planejamento;

• Comprometimento com as rotinas de trabalho e proatividade;

• Empatia. comprometimento, cordialidade e atenção especial aos pacientes;

• Habilidade trabalhar em equipe;

• Boa para comunicação verbal e escrita com equipe, parceiros e pacientes.

OPORTUNIDADE OFERECE:

• Remuneração Fixa: R$ 4.200,00

• VT

• Acordo de Descanso Remunerado a partir de 1 ano de trabalho;

• Variável comissão sobre tratamentos realizados: Média R$ 1.200,00 (mensal)
