📊 PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

RECEPÇÃO E AGENDAMENTO:

  • Recepcionar pacientes de forma cordial e atenciosa de acordo com padrão de excelência da Clínica (preencher fichas, cadastros, recolher documentação necessária para Plano de Saúde e outros);
  • Acompanhar jornada dos pacientes, desde o primeiro contato ao pós atendimento com atenção e cuidado;
  • Encaminhar pacientes as salas de atendimento, orientar sobre procedimentos em geral.
  • Marcar e remarcar consultas e procedimentos dos médicos e demais profissionais que compõem o corpo de profissionais da Clínica;
  • Realizar a confirmação da agenda e fazer as devidas alterações, de acordo com a necessidade, mantendo organização desta;
  • Atender os pacientes com excelência e cordialidade.

ROTINAS FINANCEIRAS E ADMINISTRATIVAS:

  • Receber e organizar pagamentos de consultas e atendimento de convênios;
  • Organizar tratativas específicas de cada plano de saúde e realizar pré faturamento diário;
  • Receber pagamentos de consultas particulares; emitir recibos e notas fiscais;
  • Realizar controles financeiros e fechamento de caixa diariamente;
  • Cuidar da organização e limpeza das dependências da Clínica;
  • Auxiliar na organização matinal, garantindo que as salas e demais dependências estejam prontas para os atendimentos;
  • Realizar demais atividades administrativas como separar as fichas de atendimentos, organizar informações no Sistema e/ou Planilha de controle da Clínica.

📋 REQUISITOS:

• Experiência no cargo de recepcionista da área de saúde;

• Experiência com tratativas e recebimentos de planos de saúde;

• Ensino médio completo;

• Conhecimento Pacote Office;

• Comunicação eficaz;

• Bom relacionamento com pacientes e equipe;

• Comprometimento com a satisfação do paciente;

• Pró atividade.

🕰️ FORMATO TRABALHO:

• CLT

• Presencial

• Segunda a sexta: 8 as 18hs. Disponibilidade para 1 sábado mensal (horário reduzido e valor extra)

🌟 OPORTUINIDADE OFERECE:

  • Salário: R$ 1.895,00 + VT (Reajuste remuneração R$2.038, após 6 meses.)
  • Benefício: Valor Alimetação R$ 380 (Sodexo mensal)
