PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

RECEPÇÃO E ATENDIMENTO:

  • Recepcionar pacientes de acordo com o padrão do consultório
  • Atender pacientes com excelência através de todos os meios de comunicação disponíveis (telefone, whatsapp e afins);
  • Oferecer suporte e atendimento integral aos pacientes desde a marcação de consultas até pós atendimento .

AGENDAMENTO

  • Agendar consultas com atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com pacientes;
  • Confirmar e reagendar consultas e procedimentos conforme necessidade das partes;

ROTINAS FINANCEIRAS ADMINISTRATIVAS:

  • Receber consultas;
  • Emitir recibos e notas fiscais;
  • Realizar controles de pagamento através de planilhas e apresentar aos médicos responsáveis;
  • Atuar na organização e manutenção da Clinica;
  • Receber e organizar insumos no estoque;
  • Cuidar das salas de atendimento antes e pós consultas.

FORMATO TRABALHO:

  • CLT
  • Presencial
  • Segunda a sexta 10hs as 19hs. Sábados alternadas

O QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Experiência no cargo e nas atividades solicitadas;
  • Segundo Grau completo (cursos de secretariado, recepção ou afins serão um diferencial).
  • Domínio pacote office com ênfase em excel;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhaes;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade de comunicação por whatsapp, telefone e demais online.

OFERECEMOS

  • Remuneração: Salário Fixo R$2.000,00 + VT
  • Benefícios: Vale Alimentação: R$700,00 (mensal) + Plano de Saúde
