About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Fabric PLM & Data Coordinator to support fabric data administration and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate fabric information, ensuring data integrity, and supporting efficient collaboration between global teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately while working independently in a remote environment aligned with US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain Fabric Detail Sheet (FDS) data within the PLM system, including fabric pricing, minimum order quantities, and fabric specifications.
  • Review incoming Fabric Detail Sheets to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify and report missing information, discrepancies, or inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain fabric testing reports and related documentation.
  • Cross-check PLM data against source documents to ensure accuracy before finalization.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of pricing, minimum order quantities, and testing statuses.
  • Track and monitor active fabric developments and data records.
  • Communicate proactively regarding data updates, pending items, and clarification requirements.
  • Support fabric-related administrative and data management activities as assigned.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with established business processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, coordination, or another detail-oriented role would be advantageous.
  • Entry-level or higher understanding of basic fabric terminology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Experience working with PLM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with overseas teams.
  • Flexibility to work remotely during US working hours.
