WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Client Service

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Client Service to support digital campaign planning, client servicing, project coordination, reporting, and performance optimization within the media industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their goals, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring project timelines and performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and web platforms.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and deliver suitable digital solutions.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, media buying, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Support campaign reporting, performance optimization, and insights generation.
  • Monitor campaign progress and help ensure timelines and performance targets are met.
  • Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, platform updates, and campaign best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout campaign execution.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, campaign plans, reports, and performance updates.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
  • Contribute to improving client satisfaction, campaign performance, and overall digital service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in digital marketing for Senior Executive level.
  • Minimum 3 plus years of experience in digital marketing for Assistant Manager level.
  • Prior experience in a digital agency will be required.
  • Hands on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, social media campaigns, search marketing, and web platforms.
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with creative, content, production, and performance marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital media. Good reporting, analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced media and digital agency environment.
